A full breakfast usually is served between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. in the dining area or on the shade-covered patio, and features freshly ground coffee, brewed tea and seasonal fruits. Examples of entrees offered include pecan waffles with maple syrup, country omelettes and southwestern eggs prepared in summer with home grown garden produce.

Guests can relax and mingle in the living room, surrounded by Southwestern books, maps and artwork.
